Classes run Tuesday through Friday. We are closed on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays for holidays.

Yes! We offer a 2-day trial program for new students at $50. It's a great way to experience our training and environment before committing. Please click button to book 2-day trial class.
Each session is 45 minutes and costs $22. You can also opt for our monthly plan at $88, which includes 2 sessions per week.
